To portray a reality, it is not enough for us to simply show a harsh
image. For us, it means going further, carefully choosing the people
and the contexts that help audiences truly understand what they are seeing.
For this documentary, which we conceived and produced for CNN, we immersed ourselves in an issue that affects us all. We believe in projects that approach people and conceive stories from a perspective of change and hope.
